Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Aquarius by Design Co.! We are thrilled you've chosen us for your self-care journey. Each of our products is crafted with intention and attention, which means we operate on a specific timeline to ensure the highest quality before shipping.
Processing Time
Our current processing time for all orders is 5–12 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• What this means: This is the time it takes for us to prepare, package, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. This time is separate from the shipping time.
• We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If an order is completed sooner than the 12-day window, we will ship it out right away!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur with the carrier, especially during peak seasons or holidays. Aquarius by Design Co. is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Domestic & International Shipping
• Domestic (U.S.): We currently ship to all 50 states within the U.S.
• International: We are currently not offering international shipping, but please check back in the future as we plan to expand!
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Future International Customers)
Aquarius by Design Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
Aquarius by Design Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you need assistance with this process, please contact us at AquariusbyDesignCo@gmail.com
Need to Update Your Order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change to your order (like updating an address or canceling), please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in the processing phase, we may not be able to make changes.
